The belt conveyor uses continuous and flexible flat belts to convey cartons and boxes. It can be selected to be driven by motor or electric roller. The friction force between the roller and the belt drives it forward. According to the properties of goods(type/volume/weight/shape), operation and environment, we will use different kinds of belts: narrow belt, PVC/PU/rubber belt, etc..
Introduction
Narrow belt conveyor
Application: paper, foam, large but light goods.
It is used to sort and transfer goods. Modular design, simple structure, smooth operation and easy maintenance.
PVC/PU food-grade belt conveyor
Application: bags, boxes, cartons and etc.
It is used for various scenarios such as climbing, turning, transferring, connecting, and accelerating. The modular design will be helpful to replace new modules or other equipment.
Inclined rubber-belt conveyor
Application: bags, boxes, cartons and etc.
Usually there will be 3 parts for the inclined conveyor: bottom flat belt conveyor+ climbing belt conveyor + top flat belt conveyor. According to the structure and properties of goods, we can select different kinds of belts/rubber belts. It can be also customized for belts with skirts, funnels, and patterns.
